Peer pressure can be a difficult thing. So many fabulous blogs with people being funny, informative or just intriguingly weird and me sitting in the Anonymous chair keeping a list of potential blogs. But refusing to blog.
Why?
Beats me.
I have to say that as a writer, people read my words all the time. As an artist and random photographer, I create images for people to see all the time. So why does this feel like I'm handing out the key to my diary? Well, probably because I am. But hey, my sister always read it and still hangs out with me anyways.
I'll be figuring it out as a go along. And pleading for help when I'm really stuck. And posting random things that strike my fancy. And seeing if I can make someone laugh once in a while. Kind of returning the favor to everyone that's ever made my day with a funny thought.
Initial impression? Finding the title is the hardest part. It's like trying to figure out a eight-character-caps-sensitive-alphanumeric-how-secure-is-it-
but-you'll-still-have-to-remember-it password. "Verbal diarrhea" was taken. "Turnip head" - not available. "Amazon Redhead Harley Angel"? Well, I don't have a Harley so didn't seem right to take it when there might be an actual Amazon Redhead Harley Angel waiting to come in off the road and start blogging. But I found one at last. And I've saved the cost of the Harley and the bottle of hair color so I think I got a deal.
So for now
I'm in (am I the only one hearing Paul Reiser in my head?) ,
I'm off (and running) and...
I'm outta here.
